I meant to do something, but I failed because reasons. Instead I’ll post the link to one of the old birthday things I did, seeing as it’s not up on on the main page of the site and may have been forgotten.
I haven’t talked about this much, and who knows whether it will ever come to pass, but I would love to have a museum section on the site, somewhere to showcase all of the awesome, old dead sites that used to be hanging around the net. I was unable to get permission to recreate this site as all of the contact info is dead, dead, dead. So I went and did it anyway, on the assumption that if anyone does care they’ll be flattered rather than upset.
This is probably the best Utena shrine that was ever made. It’s unfinished, but seriously now, EM’s still not finished either. I don’t think there is a point where you can say a site like this is finished. What’s there reflects the time that it came from in terms of analysis and language used, so in some spots you might disagree or find it sophomoric– but it’s a piece of what came before, and I think it’s valuable.
