Current progress shot of the “SAD AND ON THE INTERNET” mini-comic I am working on (as detailed here). That’s about 1/3 of the pages I have planned, with an official collab list still pending! Of course, not a single one of the pages are really done justice by an iffy cell phone picture of them set out on my bed, but in case you were (understandably) doubting that this was an actual thing that I was going to manage to get together, this should help validate the entire project. Given how incredibly slow and mannered my “process” is, this is pretty much the result of all my free time not spent sleeping in the last few days. A very special cameo for all of my BIGGEST FANS there in the first page, too~

I will also say that… basically anything submitted by the supremely talented people I have called upon to contribute and who have expressed a subsequent interest is going blow away anything that I’m getting together for it. It seems like everyone “gets” what I am trying to accomplish and are approaching it with more creative diversity than I could certainly ever muster.

I’m still sort of brainstorming about the print I want to offer, with none of my preliminary sketches for it really doing it for me. Anyway, I’ll post more progress shots and info over the next two weeks or so, leading up to some concrete ordering details. I am otherwise proud of how my bulk of it is coming together, extremely grateful towards those who have agreed to contribute, and especially thankful for everyone who has sent me messages of encouraging interest in this project or just general support for what’s going on right now ❤
